Tasca Racing
Tasca Racing Scuderia Moto2 is an Italian motorcycle racing team that competed in the Moto2 World Championship, part of the MotoGP series. Founded in 2013, the team initially focused on Moto3 but quickly transitioned into the more competitive Moto2 category, seeking higher technical standards and more intense global exposure. The team entered the Moto2 grid in 2014 and made an immediate impact by signing experienced riders like Alex De Angelis, whose presence helped the team quickly establish itself among the more stable independent outfits in the paddock. Over the following seasons, Tasca Racing steadily expanded its capabilities, fielding competitive machinery and a growing roster of promising riders. In 2016, riders such as Alessandro Tonucci and Remy Gardner represented the team aboard Kalex machinery. Gardner, who would later become a Moto2 world champion, was one of the first to bring points home for the squad, signaling the team’s growing competitiveness. By 2017, Xavier Siméon, a well-established Moto2 rider from Belgium, joined the team, marking a new and more ambitious era for Tasca Racing. The following seasons saw a mix of experience and young talent, with names like Simone Corsi, Federico Fuligni, and Mattia Pasini all racing under the Tasca Racing banner. While podium finishes remained elusive, the team remained a respected and professional presence in the Moto2 paddock. Tasca Racing was known for its passion for development, consistent performance, and its ability to adapt to the evolving technical demands of the Moto2 class. The team served as a valuable stepping stone for many riders looking to gain experience on the world stage. At MUGENRACE, we were proud to support Tasca Racing during its time in the Moto2 World Championship. Their commitment to performance, rider development, and professionalism matched our own values. Supporting teams like Tasca Racing is central to our mission — empowering riders and race organizations that represent the spirit of competition, innovation, and the future of motorsport.
