The Copa de España de Velocidad (Spanish Speed Cup) is a prestigious national motorcycle racing championship in Spain, organized by the Royal Spanish Motorcyclist Federation (RFME). Key Categories & Structure The championship features a wide range of categories, ensuring a diverse and competitive environment: Main Classes: Includes Superbike (SBK), Supersport (SSP), and SSP300. Development Classes: Features categories like PreMoto3, Moto5, and the MiniGP Spain Series, which is part of a global initiative by Dorna and the FIM to find future stars. Specialized Cups: Hosts the Yamaha R1 & R6 Cups, BMW RR Iberia Cup, and classes for classic/vintage motorcycles (Clásicas & Legends).
