Avintia Racing

Avintia Racing, officially known as Esponsorama Racing, was a Spanish motorcycle racing team that competed in various categories of the Grand Prix Motorcycle World Championship from 2000 to 2022. The team was founded in 1994 by Raúl Romero and Josep Oliva under the name By Queroseno Racing (BQR). In 2012, the team debuted in the MotoGP category, initially using FTR Moto and Inmotec chassis with Kawasaki engines. Over the years, Avintia Racing collaborated with several manufacturers, including Ducati. In the 2021 season, Enea Bastianini and Luca Marini raced for the team, both riding Ducati Desmosedici machines. The team concluded its participation in MotoGP at the end of the 2022 season, stepping away from world championship competition.
